On the portal anyone can analyze the effectiveness of customs looking through or applying complaints and inquiries. All the information is displayed as interactive dashboards showing main indicators: number of complaints, the average evaluation of complaints processing, the average reaction time, the average time of complaint processing and the percentage of satisfied complaints.
Right now you can find the answers to the following questions on the portal:
- Which region is the most complained of?
- How long does it take to process complaints?
- How satisfied are the service users with the complaint processing and outcome?
